Job Description
For our locations in Germany and Poland, Strategix CFT GmbH team is looking for a committed Support Specialists who, with passion and professionalism, will support our clients in their daily work with advanced IT systems. You will work full-time in an international, dynamic environment where innovation, collaboration, and personal development are key values.
Your Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and resolving tickets related to software processing large volumes of data (MS SQL, Oracle) and integration with ERP systems.
- Analyzing and verifying data in SQL databases, supporting process optimization, analyzing deadlocks and server logs.
- Investigating problems associated with complex hybrid cloud environments, involving microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Collaborating with business and technical clients, providing consultations, recommending solutions, and supporting training.
- Documenting activities, preparing reports and instructions.
- Escalating more complex issues to development teams.
- Participating in international implementations of our solutions and cooperating with project teams.
Your Profile
- Strong client-centric approach.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in product support—software processing large volumes of data on MS SQL and Oracle databases.
- Experience working with interfaces with ERP systems.
- Practical knowledge of SQL and ETL processes, experience in deadlock analysis and database optimization.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Independence, responsibility, and good organizational skills.
- Required Language skills:
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2),
- Fluency in German or Polish (minimum C2); proficiency in both is preferred
- other languages are an advantage, especially: Dutch, Czech, French, Greek, Portuguese, Romanian, Swedish or Turkish
