Avia fuel stations decides for Strategix

The Unimot Group partners with Strategix to introduce Space Management to
its AVIA fuel stations in Poland

The Unimot Group, the company managing the AVIA fuel station network in Poland, announces its collaboration
with Strategix, a leading provider of Space & Category Management solutions, to implement Space Management
tool and process. This partnership aims to elevate customer experience through a customer-centric assortment
and optimized placement. By teaming up with Strategix, the Unimot Group aims to improve its retail operations, ensuring that every visit to AVIA stations is both efficient and enjoyable for customers. This collaboration will enable the company to take full control of the Category Management execution, as previously the planograms have been created by retail partners. The Unimot Group has decided to partner with Strategix and its recommended vendor Blue Yonder, recognizing that it is not enough to only purchase a planogramming tool, but it requires a Space & Category Management system that supports an end-to-end process and future growth.

International association that gathers operators of over 3100 of petrol stations in Europe. The chain’s

2024, the chain included 130 petrol stations, of which 45 are owned by UNIMOT As part of the Group’s
strategy for 2024-2028, the company aims to double fuel sales volume and non-fuel sales results by 2028.
