Delikatesy Centrum Delivers the Best-in-Class Category Management

Dusseldorf, 17.06.2025  Strategix CFT GmbH is proud to announce its most recent venture with its long-standing customer Eurocash, one of Poland’s largest retail groups, to migrate the Blue Yonder Category Management to the cloud-based SaaS environment. The integration with SAP Retail is realized using Strategix’s rConnector, a microservices-based integration engine. This strategic initiative aims to streamline the end-to-end operations for one of the Eurocash chains namely Delikatesy Centrum, providing best-in-class category management support across both owned and franchise locations.

From the outset, Delikatesy Centrum prioritized establishing an integrated system, where planograms  drive optimal inventory capacities for their own stores.

Delikatesy Centrum, sought to retain numerous custom enhancements tailored to their specific business needs while accommodating new requirements for franchisee operations that necessitated additional custom development. To address these needs, Strategix deployed its microservice engine, rConnector, which not only facilitates the migration of existing SAP interfaces but also supports the migration of historical customizations and enables new development despite being in a Cloud environment.

This migration empowers Delikatesy Centrum teams with enhanced decision-making capabilities, while improving workflows and transparency between Delikatesy Centrum headquarters and retail locations, giving franchise partners greater control over their assortments.
